I just want to thank Dave for working with me for many hours to help us understand what would serve our needs at the school, getting the correct sizes determined and the correct count. Meeting Alberto and Sharon was delightful when they came out to confirm measurements. They also assured me that the choice we made for our new build would work well in our old build conference room and they measured that day and provided an additional quick quote. Last Thursday Alberto and Rodolfo arrived bright and early to begin installation and they didn’t miss a beat. When the installation plans needed to change direction they stepped up to adjust and our goal was met by the end of the day. They work well as a team and I enjoyed working with them. Alberto is knowledgeable of the product, is good in customer relations and is a pervasive sale person. He shows pride in the product, the installation and Modern Pacific. When we have the opportunity the Las Trampas staff will be happy to recommend Modern Pacific for window covering needs to others.
